Mentor3 years agoIf you paid with PayPal, log in to your account otherwise, call or go to your credit/debit card company account to file a charge back.

Mentor3 years agoYes, it is too late file a dispute with ebay, but you still have some time left with PayPal.
Log into your PyPal account, find the transaction, click on it, go to the bottom and click on Resolution Center.
