Bought shoes no authenticity guarantee
I just purchased a pair of shoes Kobe grinches $500 and realized that they are not being sent to eBay for verification , **bleep** why is that ? I thought all shoes went to eBay , and if I receive them in and there fake , will eBay refund me ? This is bull crap if I knew that it was not authenticity guaranteed I would have never bought them

Not all shoes qualify for the authenticity guarantee - you have to look for the blue shield that says authenticity guarantee.
If the shoes you receive are not genuine, you can return them at the seller’s expense for a full refund. Do not open a return request until you have the shoes in hand and have inspected them. To request return, Go to your purchase history - select return this item. Under reasons select does not match the description, and follow the prompts.
The seller has 3 business days to send you a return label or a refund. If he doesn't, or says he can not send a label, go to your case and click 'ask us to step in'.
