Bought shipping label on eBay and post office
I purchased a shipping label on eBay, but when I went to the post office, it couldn’t be used, so I bought a new label at the post office. The item has been delivered to the customer, but it’s not showing as delivered.
I am unable to receive the payment as well.
What should I do?â€

Mentor3 years agoYou must manually up load the tracking number from the post office to the order details. Do it now.
Make sure you void the unused ebay label withing five days for a credit.

I followed the instructions, but they won't accept it because it looks like someone else used the label.
Buyer assured me that the package has arrived, so I'm relieved!

Mentor3 years agoIf the label was scanned or its past five days, then you can't void it, but this does not affect you updating the tracking number on ebay. Make sure you do this.
