I know I should have reached out sooner. I did a couple of times but they never got back to me except "check back with us in in a few days" of course, I get sidetracked and forget to reach back out to them for the seller's error.. not to mention the loops you have to jump through to get to customer support. I have bank account statements showing a deduction (payment) for the item, and absolutely no refund. It doesn't even show a refund was initiated on eBay's end.
