Bought ps5 has not shipped and seller not responding
Hello I bought a ps5 for my brothers birthday and it said it would ship on the 5th of July through the 10th and it still has not shipped, the seller has not answered any of my messages. Since I was getting worried and what not I requested to cancel reason being not arriving on time, only for ebay to email be back a few days later saying it was too late before saying to would arrive on July 8th, even though as of right now it is July 14th. What are my options for getting my money back? Any help would be appreciated

OP3 years agoyes the estimated delivery is July 5th-8th I cannot see an "I didn't receive it" option. What does this mean did I mess up?

OP3 years agoI just saw the seller refused to cancel theorder, but they havent even responded to my messages are they trying to scam me or something?

OP3 years agoThe problem is that I don't have an estimated delivery date the progress bar just says I paid June 30th and that's it, not even an estimated shipping on the bar. Is this normal? Again seller has not responded in over two weeks!

Instead of clicking on the Order Details, go to your Purchase History.
You should see the estimated date of delivery above the picture of the item.

Look in your Purchase History at the Order Details for the item. What does it show as the estimated date of delivery? Has that date passed already?
IF/WHEN the latest estimated date of delivery has already passed by at least 1 day, you have up to 30 days past estimated date of delivery to file a Refund Request:
Go to your My Ebay page >> Purchase history
If the seller does not respond after 3 days, you can ask Ebay to step in to help you.

OP3 years agoI cannot see an estimated delivery date in the order details. They only way I can see estimated *shipping* date if I move over to the original listing. Ebay's email rejecting my cancelation said I should receive it on the 8th. Im not sure what to do

Buyers cannot cancel their orders.
Try following the instructions I gave above.
