Bought own return label, seller hasn't refunded thou received. Ebay isn't giving the step-in option.
I needed to return a belt that was too wide. I felt like it was my fault since I didn't ask about the width so I didn't use the reurn shipping label instead I bought my own because the sellers shipping was too high. The item is now showing that it's been delivered by the tracking but the seller is ignoring my messages nad the Ebay system isn't giving the option for Ebay to step-in. So they have the money and the belt.

Mentor5 months agoDid you file a return request? If it was approved, did you enter the tracking information in the return request details?

OP5 months agoYes, it sent me a return label but I didn't use it I only printed the packing slip, because it was my fault and the sellers s/h was too high. I looked up return cancellation to find out if I cancelled I couldn't set it back up. I messaged the seller and gave them the tracking number and explained that I wasn't using their return label. They never responded. I also message about the return arriving on their end and still NO response or refund. The system isn't allowing me a space to enter my tracking number I guess because of the sellers tracking number.
