Bought on ebay shipped from Harbor Freight
I bought a item that the seller purchased after I paid for it and shipped directly to me from Harbor Freight. The item cost me over $102 but if I would of got it directly from Harbor Freight it would of cost me $74. The buyer says nothing about the item being a Harbor Freight item doesn't even say the item is going to come from Harbor Freight and his location is Iowa and the shipment came from Illinois. Harbor Freight says they don't do third party sellers. So how can this seller get away with selling something he doesn't own and doesn't have a third party contract with harbor freight?

Sadly, some Sellers find ways of getting around eBay's policies. Drop shipping is something eBay does allow BUT has specific criteria for Sellers who use that method to sell. It sounds like your Seller is violating that policy: Drop shipping and product sourcing | eBay
You can report the Seller here: Report an issue with a seller | eBay
You can also use the Report item link on a Seller's item, each listing has a link for that.
