eBay didnâ€™t have record of my purchase on my account but sent me an email confirming my purchase I want to return it but cannot because itâ€™s not showing as a purchase. I need to speak to a human. Iâ€™m just going around in circles

To file a Return Request:

Find the email with the subject line starting â€œOrder Confirmedâ€.
Select View order details.
Choose Return item.
Select your reason for returning the item.
Select Next.
If you like, you can add a message for the seller and add up to 10 photos.
Select Confirm return.
