Bought new phone with dead pixels
Hey, I bought a new phone but there is a significant patch of dead pixels near the left edge.
From what I understand this is a manufacturing defect and not the sellers fault.
In this case can I exchange the phone for a replacement? I opened the package so it would not be new and sealed anymore. How is this commonly dealt with?
