Bought new dewalt batteries and one is defective and I can not return to seller
I opened a return to seller due to defective unit. One of 2 batteries is defective and I just opened them a 2 weeks ago. eBay closed my return. What can I do now to resolve this problem. eBay left me hung out. They have never do this before. Very upset.

What reason did eBay give for closing the return? What reason did you select for the return? If the return was closed you may have used a remorse reason, not a item not as described one. With a remorse return the seller can deny it.
Will the system allow you to open another return using the reason defective item? If not you will have to open the return through your funding source or credit card.
