bought item, waited 7 days, item was never shipped. contacted seller. no response. What do I do now?
I tried contact and help at bottom of the pages and the automated says go back to seller. Each time, seller isnt responding. It says open a request. When I go to the listing or any pages there isnt a prompt for a request anywhere. How do I get my money back from this scammer. He has no sales and 0 feedback. So stupid me for buying item in a hurry. I need to report this seller and get a refund but not sure how to do this.

What is the estimated date of delivery, as shown in your Order Details?

Mentor3 years agoYou should be able to file an "item not received" case with eBay here:
https://www.ebay.com/help/buying/returns-refunds/get-help-item-hasnt-arrived?id=4042
If the seller can not provide tracking that shows delivery in three business days, return to the case and request eBay "step in" and refund you.
