Bought item that broke during shipment due to bad packaging of vintage item,
Hi, I do not know how to get a picture from my phone onto the ebay return site, as I am an older person with no knowlege of how to put a picture on the return site. I asked someone but they could not do it for me. I do not want to lose $50.00 to this seller because he did not package this vintage statue correctly., And I am in a nursing home so going to the post office is not an option plus I paid $15.00 for shipping to receive it. Can anyone help me? Thank you, Anne
