Bought item not signed in account.
I purchased an item on eBay but I was not signed in to my account. Now I can't find any record of it or track it or anything. What can I do?

If you made the purchase using a guest account ( not logged in to your eBay account) it will not be in your purchase history.
Log out of your eBay account and request the guest account details from this page:
https://www.ebay.com/help/buying/returns-refunds/returning-item/returning-items-bought-guest?id=4065&st=
Then you can start a refund request, track your order, or contact the seller, from the guest account email. Do not log in to your regular eBay account.
