Bought item from a porch pirate & Ebay refuses to help
I bought Samsung Galaxy S25 FE - 128GB - Blue - Verizon Only - Free Shipping - NEW SEALED from seller: 815_electronics_buyback. After about 40 days I contacted Verizon over a issue with echo's on phone calls (not same problem) While working with me they "found" someone else's esim installed in my phone. The number came up to a family in Wisconsin. Well, I am in California. They told me the phone was sold "fraudulently". They suspect it was sold by a porch pirate." I contacted seller several times & they advised me to end it back for a refund. I said I need a few days to buy another & move my data over. I requested a return label & now they closed down my request & I'm stuck with this phone. Yes I did take the esim off my phone but I am not comfortable with a porch pirate phone. also now that the case is closed, I see no option to leave feedback. I want others to know to beware of this seller & not get ripped off of $432.95 like I did. TIA
