Bought item as a guest that needs returning

I received the wrong item from a seller. It is a poor copy of the one pictured online that I thought I was getting.

I am a novice on eBay and cannot get through to the seller, nor can I get the right kind of help from the "Contact Us" connection to Customer Support. How do I reach a live agent?

No need to reach an agent. If you purchased as a guest, you cannot use your Ebay account to handle returns.

SIGN OUT of your Ebay account.
Locate the Order Confirmation email that you received from Ebay.
Select View order details in your order confirmation email.
Select Return item.
Select your reason for the return and select Next.
You can add a message to the seller and also upload up to 10 photos showing the item's condition.
Select Confirm return.
