Bought item as a Guest, cannot access return label!

Question

I bought an item as a Guest, requested a return but cannot access return label! I've tried for hours but no luck and eBay help is useless. PLEASE HELP

Guest orders are not connected to your eBay account; for help with a guest order you must first sign out of your existing eBay account and then use the "order details" link in the email that you received from eBay regarding the guest order, or else right click on the link and choose to open the link in a private or incognito browser window.
