Bought item and they shipped it through Amazon. I could have paid $99 at Amazon, they charged $156
I tried to cancel the item after I found it on Amazon on the same day, they shipped it 4 days later and said it was too late to cancel because it was already shipped. The tracking number was an Amazon tracking number. Shouldn't this vendor be banned from selling on Ebay?
Thanks

Some ebay sellers also sell on Amazon and their items are stored with them. They are shipped using Amazon's Fulfilled By Amazon (FBA) drop shipping service, which is completely eBay and Amazon legal. The seller does not have to charge the same price that they may be selling an item for on Amazon.
What is not legal is for an Amazon member to use their Prime membership to purchase items at sale prices, then to have them shipped to an ebay buyer. Those items will have a Gift receipt inside them. FBA items will have a standard receipt. If you receive an item with a Gift receipt, you can report the seller to both ebay and Amazon. They could lost their Prime membership for abusing it.
If the seller uses FBA, the order was placed immediately with them and a tracking number issued, so cancelling would not be an option. It takes the seller and you both to agree to a cancellation, you cannot unilaterally do that on your own. You should have finished looking for the item on other sites before buying it on ebay.
