Bought iPhone on eBay – Activation Lock issue after 30 days
Hi everyone,
I purchased an iPhone on eBay that was listed as “unlocked”, but due to import/shipping delays, more than 30 days passed before I was able to fully inspect the device.
When I finally checked it, I discovered that the iPhone is blocked by Activation Lock (Lost Mode) and belongs to another Apple account. The phone is completely unusable.
The seller is not responding, and although the IMEI appears clean, the device is still locked.
Has anyone experienced something similar after the 30-day period? Is there any way eBay can still help in this situation or any recommended steps to resolve it?
Any advice would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.
