Bought insta360 x5 with stolen report.
Hi there,
Bought an open box eBay certified insta360 x5 camera on December 28. I recently downloaded the app and when I wanted to register the camera it has a stolen report. Tried contacting the seller but hasn’t responded. I’m a little bit lost here since I’ve been trying to contact eBay and haven’t had any real progress. Help.

Ebay has a 30-day Money Back Guarantee for Buyer Purchase Protection. Your eBay purchases are covered for up to 30 days after delivery. After that deadline, eBay will not get involved.
Your option now is to try to file a chargeback against the Seller with your payment company.
They also have deadlines.
