Bought fake product. Seller never responded. Now past the 30 policy. Still want refund.
I cant use the product listing in purchase history as theres a glitch there. When I click on product, it shows a totally different item! VERY frustrated.

If the date of delivery has passed by more than 30 days you cannot use Ebay's Money Back Guarantee.
You can file a dispute through Paypal if you used Paypal or contact the funding source you used to fund your payment.

OP1 year agoThanks, never thought of my own credit card. I did not use Paypal....
Dont know what their policy is on a past 30 day purchase is...
