I was sold counterfeit shoes. How do I talk to a live agent?

Mentor1 month agoThere is no need to speak to an agent.
Ebay has a Money Back Guarantee for buyers, so you can file a Return Request:
Within 30 days from date of delivery, go to your Purchase History, find the item, and under “More actions” click on “Return item” and select the reason for the return. “Doesn't match description“. Attach a photo.
IF your request is approved, the seller will have 3 business days to either accept the return and provide a prepaid return shipping label OR refund without having you return the item.
If they don't do either, you can go back to your Return Request details 4 business days after you filed the Request and ask Ebay to step in.

OP1 month agoI did not realize they were counterfeit until my daughter were them for volleyball. They only lasted a month or so. I just saw her at college and picked them up to call Nike. That is when I realized they were fake. I bought them on 6/3/26

Mentor1 month agoSince the 30 day Money Back Guarantee has expired, you're only recourse is to file a charge dispute with the funding source you use to pay for the item.

OP1 month agoI bought them on 6/3/26. I did not realize they were fake until I picked them up this weekend from my daughter’s college. I was going to call Nike to complain
