Bought counterfeit PUR water filters/Contacted PUR-Why was my feedback removed?
I bought some PUR water filters on Ebay and one set was obviously fake. I left negative feedback with photos showing the Real vs. Fake and my feedback was removed by Ebay. How is this possible and why?
I also contacted PUR to get more information about counterfeit water filters because I found out that the second set I purchased, which looks real, does not work and is also counterfeit.
PUR said that no one on Ebay is authorized to sell their products!
How or why was my negative feedback removed for the first seller?

Mentor2 years agoIt sounds like the seller may have requested the neg feedback to be removed. You were probably rating the product, which is not what feedback is suppose to do. It is to rate the seller's service.
