Bought but never received!!
I placed an order on the 4th of December and the delivery date was the 7th-11th. It's now the 17th and I've received nothing. It was a $200 purchase. I've messaged the seller and have heard nothing. I don't know if I should ask for a refund or not. It was the lowest price I've found for the item. I just want it here for Christmas. I've gotten no info about shipping updates or anything. What should I do?

OP2 years agoNothing yet. I have to wait till the 22nd to get a refund. I think I got scammed. I've not heard a word from the seller. It's really made me question using eBay again. Thanks for your advice.

Mentor2 years agoI'm sorry you found a bad seller, but eBay will help you get a refund.
Make sure you check the seller's feedback page, especially when the price is too good.

Mentor2 years agoOpen a nit received claim. You can always close it if the item arrives, or repay the seller if you get a refund before arrival. Go to your purchase history - select 'I haven't received it' and follow the prompts.
The seller has 3 business days to provide tracking that shows delivery, or a refund. If he doesn't, go to your case and click 'ask us to step in'.
Before you open the claim, check the tracking at the carrier's site - the feeds to eBay can be slow this time of year.
