Bought as a guest but no confirmation email and unable to return

Iâ€™ve bought trainers as a guest, but it now and cannot find a confirmation email in order to return then. EBay help has sent me an email with the guest order details but the link in the email doesnâ€™t work. I am going round in circles with the autobot!

The reason why the link may not be working is that you are logged on to the U.S. based site (ebay.com). If you are using the app to login since you are on the U.S. based site try logging into ebay manually with your username and password using the following link , then try opening the message.
