bought an item that never arrived
Hi there,
i bought an item for just below £500 a handbag for a birthday at the end of november. Waited and waited but the tracking never left the senders parcel depot... I put in a request early december and the bay notification says sit tight we are reviewing your case...Been reviewing it for a month.....What do I do going forward?
