    Bought an item that doesn't fit.
                     

    Bought some used parts for my motorcycle. Seller listed the part number and Ebay's guaranteed fit said it would fit. When I received the item it did not fit. Filed a claim with Ebay and now a few days later the case is closed and I am stuck with parts that don't fit. There seems to be now way to get a live person on the phone to find out why they don't honor their Guaranteed Fit policy?

    What is the item number?

    That seller does not offer returns.
