Bought an item that’s overseas and when I go to pay pal it won’t let me pay for it.
 
Pay pal won’t let me pay for it due to the seller not willing to ship to US. I tried to cancel due to this reason and I’m stuck in limbo. I’ve never had an issue before. I’d rather cancel and let the seller get the next highest bidder or try to resell. Please advise

·3 years agoYou need to contact the seller and ask them if they'll cancel the order, but they are not required to.
