Bought an item on e bay and it was fraudulent. There is no one at e bay to help me with this return
The return is in India and these diamond dealers are frauds and e bay will not step in to help. Its all a scam.
I have tried for months, EVERYWAY, to get a hold of e bay or turn these fraudsters in but no help from E Bay. I have been with them for over 20 years and bought a ton of items, it sued to be easy, not any more.
E bay buyers be ware. If you have a return, and the seller doesn't want to refund you, there's nothing you can do. I lost $428.20.

Mentor5 months agoAfter months there is nothing you can do through eBay. You may be able to go to your payment source and ask for a charge back but there are time limits for this. Most payment sources will allow up to 180 days from payment but it may be shorter.
Exactly what steps did you take with eBay to get a refund? There are specific steps to take and eBay will protect you if you follow them. Without knowing what steps you already have taken we cannot offer further advise.

OP5 months agoI have repeatedly gone through the seller for a refund. I sent it back, have the tracking number and I paid for shipping because he only gave me the address. I could not get any live person at e bay to talk to. E bay has made getting in touch with them a horrible nightmare and it's really just not possible to actually talk to anyone. So that is the real problem and why it has taken so long.
