Bought an item for my stove, when i received it did not match the picture. i was not signed in on Ebay when i purchased this item, so no record on Ebay only on Paypal. Seller does not accept returns. How do i get a refund for a product that is not what was pictured. Seller wanted to send me a return label, but there is no account information because i was not signed in on Ebay for the purchase. so i'm out $85.
