Bought an item but seller hasnt responded, trying to cancel but seller mot definitely wont respond to cancel.
I bought this item 3 days ago and messaged the seller about 5 times, he hadnt responded at all so I sent a cancel request. He most likely wont respond to the cancel request and will waste more of my time, how could I cancel it faster?

Sorry but there is no way to speed up the refund process.
Sellers can have handling times of 0 to 40 days. They just have to make sure that the item arrives by the last estimated delivery date stated on the listing.

If it is more than 30 days past the last estimated delivery date then you can file a refund request on PayPal up to 180 days from the date of purchase. OR if you didn't use PayPal at checkout contact your bank or credit card to report that you didn't receive the item.
