Seller sent a broken part and also shipped it open mailed to a board..it was inspected and put on by a mechanic and then found to be defectiveâ€¦seller wants it returned and wonâ€™t refund meâ€¦ mechanic wonâ€™t take it off for freeâ€¦seller should be able to collect on shipping insuranceâ€¦ but wonâ€™t budgeâ€¦ thoughts?
