Bought a tire that was not only damaged but also not as advertised
I won the case however $30 was deducted for shipping. Why would I have to pay for shipping on something that was defective and not as advertised? Ebay closed the case and said in my favor and wont let me re-open

Mentor2 years ago@jayco526 Contact eBay customer service on Social Media, that way you don't have to deal with the chat bots. You should not have to pay return shipping OR have original shipping withheld if the tire was defective.
Contact customer service by sending a private message on social media. You leave a message and an eBay employee will get back to you as soon as possible. To speed things up you can leave your registered account information in the PRIVATE message: Full name, address, phone number, email address, user ID, and a brief explanation of your problem.
