bought a super nintendo controller that is non functional

seller claims it was tested when i clearly was not, i made the mistake of not realizing until well after the 30 day for ebays money back guarantee because ive been so busy for work

what course of action should i take?

seller wont respond to messages and ebay seemingly wont touch it because of it being outside the 30 day window

There is nothing you can do through Ebay since you allowed the 30 days to pass to file a dispute. You can contact the funding source you used to pay for the item to dispute the charge.
