Bought a single item, instantly banned account and held my money
Im trying to figure out how to get item i ordered or get my money back. Been trying to solve this for days, and cannot find any definitive way to get ahold of anyone that can help me. Ive been provided no explanation or methods of recourse, no contact info, no ability to appeal, and am unable to log into the account. All customer service links seem to lead immediately to dead ends, and cannot even find examples of anyone who experienced this issue specifically under these conditions.
