bought a phone and the digital display is defective.

seller responded but there is a no return policy on this phone so I cannot start a return to get an address where to ship it back to. Have contacted 4x and think they are blowing me off hoping I just go away which I am not doing. Any other suggestions. I sent him a message about the ebay guarantee for defrective items already.

Ebay has a 30 day Money Back Guarantee, so within 30 days from date of delivery you can file a Return Request.

Go to your Purchase History, find the item, and under â€œMore actionsâ€ click on â€œReturn itemâ€ and select the reason for the return.(defective). Attach a photo.
The seller will have 3 days to either accept the return and provide a prepaid return shipping label OR refund without having you return the item.
If they don't do either, you can go back to your Return Request details 4 days after you filed the Request and ask Ebay to step in.
