bought a Mobile Power Power Bank' at the end of October this and gave it to my wife at Christmas
It does not charge and I'd like to return it for a new one. Can I do that?

If you receive an item that was not described accurately, you have eBay's Money Back Guarantee.
Open a Return Request to the right of the item on your purchase history and indicate the reason the item is not described accurately. You will need to include a photo.The seller has three full days to issue a prepaid return shipping label, ( if he wants the item back) or a refund in full. If there is no response from the seller by day 4, return to the case details on your Purchase History under Cancelled Invoices and click on Ask eBay To Step In

OP3 years agoI cannot get your address. The return item has expired, and you indicated I could return the item for refund or replacement, but I don't have your address. Please send a shipping lable or your address.

Mentor3 years agoebay's Money Back Guarantee is good for 30 days after receipt of the item. If the seller has agreed to take the item back, s/he will need to provide a shipping label outside of ebay. Go to your Purchase history, change the time range to 2022, locate the order, and click CONTACT SELLER. Your seller is NOT here.
