Bought a jacket, passed authentication but it appears to be the wrong gender

Hi Everyone,

I recently bought the Canada Goose chilliwack jacket that passed authentication but everything I can find online points to it being a women's jacket and not a men's jacket - specifically the button.

The label that with the product # is not there on the jacket.

My question is is it possible to contact ebay to ask them to ask authentication about this part or where might I go from here?
