Bought a item that I didn't recieve. Digital (Online)
So I bought this item for 150.14, ingame item but he's claiming that I recieved the item when I didn't. Then he's saying that he has my address and phone number. All I am asking is for the item I bought, or a refund. He closed my request of a refund then he said the item was shipped.
