Bought a fake watch - Seller don't want to refund - Ebay would not help !
Hi. I've bought a watch and found that it's FAKE! I try to contact the seller but no response. I've started a return item process but because the seller did not accept returns, my request was denied. I did not find any way to contact ebay and report this scam.
What do I need to do? Ebay will not protect me from scammers!!!

Mentor4 months agoThe seller's no return policy is only for buyer's remorse. If the seller was able to deny the return, you must have stated a buyer's remorse reason. If you paid with a credit card, contact your credit card issue regarding a chargeback for an Item Not as Described/fake.
