Bought a fake product - ebay no help
I purchased a JBL speaker from a seller. It turned out to be fake. I initiated a return, but, missed the 10 day return window as I was on vacation. The seller will not accept a return now and ebay are not helping with getting a refund.
To make matters even more ludicrous the seller removed the listing and changed the name of their store after i called the out for selling fake goods. Ebay customer service is an absolute disgrage.
Any advice?

Mentor1 year agoFile a charge back with your payment source. You usually have about 180 days from payment to do this. They may require you to return the item at your expense to get a permanent charge back.
