Bought a counterfeit item on eBay
Does anyone know what I can do about a counterfeit item that I bought in October of 2021? If eBay was serious about their no counterfeit items policy they would require refunds from the seller regardless of when an item was bought. It doesn't matter when I bought the item (over $400) - I still got ripped off. This is theft. It took quite awhile to realize the item was counterfeit because I naively believed the item was legitimate in spite of the poor quality. eBay should also ban sellers who sell counterfeit items if they refuse to give a refund.
