Bought a chord mojo as a gift for my friend and its battery is faulty
I bought a chord mojo as a gift for my friend for his birthday and its battery is faulty. Basically, the battery dies in less than 3 minutes. Unfortunately, my friend hasn't opened the gift till much later when the 30 days Money Back Guarantee has passed. The item arrived end of January, so it's been less than 60 days since I received the item. The seller is denying the device is faulty and is claiming that the item has been checked and verified before shipment. I know I am at fault here as I should have checked the product before gifting it to my friend but I am wondering if there's something that could be done about this.

-If you paid with PayPal they allow claims up to 180 days from the date of purchase but you will pay the return shipping
-If it was used I would suspect the Seller is just trying to get rid of you with their position
-If you used a credit card you can try a charge back but you may not win the claim
