Bought a car but it has undisclosed issues
I bought a Lexus Sc 400 from a seller in CA and I brought it over to NC. According to seller the car had no mechanical problems but as soon as I started driving it, the car rpm is almost at 3000 when idle and also at the traffic light the transmission jerks right before I fully stop. Contacted the seller and said he had a problem with the air control valve but it was fixed while ago:
Before buying the car the eBay motors specifically told me not to worry if something happened I was covered....QUESTION:What are my options here?
