Bought a boat seller won’t give me pickup information yet they have been oaid

I recently bought a boat on eBay and paid for it. The seller has been contacted several times and they won’t give me the pick up information or address. I’ve tried contacting eBay to no avail. Unfortunately, the seller required payment outside of eBay via Zelle, which I did, however, they are not marking the item the Boat as sold, which I’ve asked them to do. So it’s not about a pick up code. It’s a third-party seller that sells boats for one dollar they have terrible customer service that I’ve called over 20 times I’ve emailed over 20 times and all they do is say that we sent the pick up information to your email and they have not. Very frustrated. I feel like I’ve been scammed and I’m getting no help from the seller nor eBay can anyone give me some advice? I keep trying to contact the seller. The seller is very daily and replies and very evasive. Upon reading the sellers feedback, this is not unusual and I think they sell items that they don’t have and then keep your money for a period of time or perhaps don’t return it at all I’m not sure how they can continue to do business on eBay. Thank you for any advice and help that you can give perhaps a phone number for eBay where I could talk to a live representative in the fraud department would be helpful.

Mentor4 months agoZelle is not a valid payment method for ebay sales. ebay will not be able to help you. I do not know if Zelle will help you, but you can try contacting them to see if they can help you.
