Bought 36x48 Marker board with wood frame Got 24x36 Seller from China ship from New Jersey I Think
Summary: uala-23 purchased a 36x48 marker board on eBay but received a 24x36 board instead. Despite multiple contacts, the seller, based in China, has only offered partial refunds to keep the incorrect size, which doesn't work for uala-23. Attempts to resolve the issue through eBay's AI-driven support have been unsuccessful, as the report was closed without considering the problem. krazzykats suggested opening a return case, but uala-23 faced issues because the shipment status hasn't been updated.
Listing on eBay for 36x48 Marker board with small wood frame edge bought on an accepted offer from me. When order arrived it was a 24x36 marker board not 36x48 I have contacted seller who is in china and have emailed me twice. In the meantime on 1st email he told me they had made a mistake on first listing and it was the 24x36 size and they changed my listing to reflect that before offering me with a 10 % refund to keep it and I emailed it doesn't work for me isn't right size. 2nd message offer 20 % discount and ask me to try to sell to my family or friends. Which i will not do. My problem is i have had product for 3 or 4 days and it won't show arrived in shipment status.
I placed a help report with all the details an and AI closed my report without looking at my notes just new listing showing right size.
Now what do i do?
I have tried every way i know to talk to a live person but EBAY is shielded with AI.
