Bots making offering, buying then cancelling with excuse
Has anyone had a problem with people offering a lower price for one of your items. When you accept, they purchase and soon after cancel with some weird excuse. I’ve had this happen 3 times with same listing. Are they bots and then the person decides they don’t want it? Should I refuse cancel and just send. This last one says doesn’t like that there are marks on it (which is mentioned in the listing) and the shipping is too high for being so close to me (which is also disposed in listing). Seems like eBay should side with me. What do you think?

No, these are not "bots".
If a buyer asks you to cancel the transaction, you do so. You can place them on your Blocked Buyer List if you choose.
