Botched Sale

Question

I set up a sale on eBay, but when I got an offer and accepted it, I could not figure out how to send the item. The site would not let me print a label. Perhaps this was because I live in Alaska. I don’t know, but I could not make the sale go through. Now I’m getting contacted by eBay because I didn’t complete the sale. I cannot figure out how to contact a person to discuss this with do you have any suggestions for me?

@alaskakim . If the buyer paid you should have been able to print a USPS label. If the buyer paid then you owe them a refund since you didn't ship .
