Bot Message - Spam or legit?

I'm new to Ebay, as of a week ago.

I just received a message from 'bot_support6553'.

As part of our routine security checks and updated User Agreement, we need to verify your account details. Your account has been selected for review. Please confirm your information using the link below and follow the on-screen instructions. ebay.â¤offer891.â¤live

Is this legit?

I don't have a link either way, but has anyone seen this before?

That is a scam. eBay would never send a message telling users to copy and paste an address into an address bar, particularly as that is not an eBay address.

eBay messages from eBay say "from eBay", not from a random username with a number like bot_support6553, and eBay messages address users by real name rather than username.
