Bose sport earbuds

I bought a bose sport earbuds from the seller [Removed] once I got the item the earbuds is malfunctioning which is damage or not working condition, the item description is working so I reached out and ask for return and refund, so after the item is received by the seller they partial refunded me half of the price what I pay for the bose earbuds i feel like I been scammed, because there's no way i get a partial refund the item is damaged item wish I didn't buy in ebay because what I get is headache.

Hi @tailwhip82 Does the notice you received of a partial refund include an Appeal link option? If so, you should use it and appeal to eBay that you deserve a full refund.

@gosimus is wondering if the seller is Top Rated because they can issue partial refunds if they feel the item was not returned in the same condition it was sold. Did you somehow damage the item before it was returned? If not, appeal to eBay because the seller is abusing their privilege of making a partial refund. Good luck!

If you had left feedback for the seller, I wanted to follow it over to the seller's page to see if they're a top rated seller. When I click your feedback number in parentheses on this page, eBay tries to take me to a markpunx82 page, and gives me an error message that it can't be found. I just replaced the markpunx82 with tailwhip82 in the url and it went to your page, and I found the feedback that you left. Did your username used to be markpunx82?
