born-sk888 Seller Problem with Seller
I have tried to get a response from this seller born-sk888 about the Kenwood TS-790 I purchased from them. I asked before the purchase if the frequency band was set up for the US market. It is not and this has created a problem that I am not needing to repair. I will keep the radio because I can fix it. However, this should not be allowed to be done to other US market buyers. Very few purchasers have the skill to fix this. I have sent several messages to the seller without a response.
I ask e-bay to allow me to change my feedback on this seller, on this item. I would like e-bay to ban this seller until they take step to not do this on future sales.
Any seller that does not take responsible steps to assure that product they sell into whatever country it is going to, insure it is set up for that countries use.
